Did you know that some estate agents may have separate offices and different names, however, they are owned by the same corporation? Those two valuations you have had could actually be the same company, and as such, they may work together to get you to sign a longer contract or pay more money to sell your property. We are completely independent, and our aim is solely to find you a buyer.

As an independent agent, we don’t get paid if we don’t sell your home. This leads to a more motivated and pro-active approach than most corporate estate agents. We rely on our reputation and respect earned in the local area and don’t want to risk that by using under-hand tactics or dodgy dealings.

Because we are more motivated to sell your property, we will offer you more of our time and individual focus. This includes detailed feedback from viewings, updates on offers and negotiations and clear and effective communication at all times. We have built relationships with trusted buyers already so are perfectly positioned to shout about all the wonderful features your property offers!

We have a database of buyers we have built up over the years so we know that we have people interested in your property before it evens goes online, and we will get on the phone and won’t rely on an automated e-mail system to notify them about it. We like talking to our clients and know our buyers’ requirements inside and out.
